Panfila is one of the apartments of Podere Elsa.

You will discover Podere Elsa by leaving the main road and taking a country road lined with cypress trees and surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, wheat fields and woods.

Podere Elsa is immersed in the magical atmosphere of the Tuscan hills and is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the Chianti region.

The structure was completely renovated just a few years ago. It has been then divided into 5 apartments:   each one is equipped with all the modern comforts (Satellite-TV, Internet access) and has its own garden equipped with a table and chairs.

It takes less than an hour by train or car to the major historic centres: Florence, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa.  From this beautiful farmhouse, one can easily reach the most important towns in about an hour by car, or by train from Certaldo: Florence (55km), Siena (45km), San Gimignano (13km), Volterra (40km), Cortona (100km), Lucca (65km), Pisa (50km).

APARTMENT PANFILA 

Detached cottage on two levels with entrance from the portico equipped with table and chairs.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance from the porch equipped with table and chairs, living-dining room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Living room with mezzanine (with access by wooden staircase) with small lounge, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access from internal staircase, sitting room with tv, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: microwave, dishwasher, SAT TV, high chair, safe, Wi-Fi Internet access, toaster, filter coffee maker. mixer, teakettle, moka coffee maker, fan, hairdryer, fly screens, air conditioning.

General services at guests disposal:

• Swimming pool 6x12 h. 1,40 mt coated with mosaic, equipped with sun-umbrellas, deck-chairs, chairs, sun-beds, cold and hot shower. The pool is open from 3th May to 27th September.
• Laundry Room equipped with washing-machine (payable), ironing-board and iron.
• Outside clothes-hanger to dry garment
• Three barbecue with a near vegetable garden with basil, rosemary, sage and thyme.
• Garden and surrounding country.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Shared pool is open from 04/05 to 28/09.  
Wi-Fi Internet access. 
Property cleaned and supplied  with bed linen and bathroom towels.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
Electricity, hot and cold water.
Pets are not allowed. 

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).      
Obligatory final cleaning: Filostrato, Boccaccio and Decamerone Euro 100 per apartment, Lauretta and Panfilo Euro 150 per apartment. 
Heating Euro 4 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Air conditioning: Panfilo and Lauretta Euro 0,90 per kwh per apartment, Boccaccio, Decamerone and Filostrato Euro 0,45 per kwh per apartment (if used).
If ordered in advance swimming towels available on payment of Euro 5 each.    
Tourist Tax Euro 1 per person per day.
