Podere Lorentino is a beautiful stone villa set at the beginning of the green and wooded valley of Casentino, one of the four valleys which surround the city of Arezzo.

The Casentino Valley, placed north of Arezzo, have nowadays become a National Trust of the Natural Reserve of Casentino Forests. The valley, crossed by the River Arno, during the centuries had been a land of armies transit and conquest, one of the most remembered battles is "Campaldino" fought in 1289 between Florence and Arezzo, where also Dante Alighieri struggled together with the Florentine army.

Podere Lorentino is composed of a main farmhouse and an annex. The furnishing is cured, refined and comfortable and fits perfectly in with the features of the house. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is also endowed with solar panels.

Only 1 km from the villa you find a restaurant reachable also with a short walk.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with sofa, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
ANNEX: large living room with billiard table and fireplace, bathroom with shower.

You won't be able to give up a dip in the pool, a barbecue on the cool furnished porch or an afternoon in the Jacuzzi with a good glass of wine. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
