The entire villa, on two floors, can accommodate a maximum of 18 + 2 people. However, since it is composed of two residential units, it can be divided into 2 comfortable apartments separated only by connecting doors on the ground floor. The first floor instead does not have a connection between the two apartments.

First Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and private bathroom, a small living room where, on request, 2 beds (for children) can be added.
