Plunged into beautiful well-kept wide park, we find the owner's villa and, a stone's throw from it, a single villa "DIAMANTE" and another villa divided into two apartments: "SMERALDO and RUBINO" all carefully and refinedly furnished.
At guests' disposal a wide barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (size mt 16x8, depth mt 1,00-2,00) to share with the owners, with internal hydromassage and wide gazebo with small bar equipped with fridge.

The ancient city offers shops and facilities of every kind and during the whole year there are numerous folk and cultural events, such as the Joust of the Saracen and the Antiques Fair which takes place the first Sunday of every month. Arezzo is placed at the convergence of the 4 valleys which constitute its province and preserves countless remains of its history, starting from the Etruscan age until nowadays. Through its wide territory we find either the plain which opens in the Chiana and Arno rivers valleys or the renowned and flourishing hills covered with grapevines and olives which render the landscape always different and colourful.

Independent villa on two floors with entrance through private porch equipped with table and chairs to eat in the open. 

GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living-dining room with fireplace, kitchen with French window overlooking the porch, twin bedroom with French window on the porch, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom with canopy bed, single bedroom, bathroom with shower, bedroom with bunk beds. Laundry room on basement floor with access through internal staircase.
 

EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, espresso coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, Internet access, HI-FI system, high chair, satellite TV, filter coffee maker, air conditioning, bathrobes.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas, electricity, weekly linen, Internet WIFI, baby bed free of charge. wood for fireplace.

COMPULSERY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: obligatory final cleaning €120,00, small size pets are welcome on payment of €5.00/week/pet.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST: heating (Euro 2,00 m3), air conditioning €0,50 per kwh Swimming towels available on request € 3,00 each.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: €200,00 per each apartment
