Podere Salvia is a stone house that stands on the hills of the village of Bibbona, along the country road lined with mulberry trees, a dirt road that connects the main road of the four municipalities in Bibbona through the Magona scrub.  The house is a homestead reached by a dirt road which is about 2 km long and located on the ridge of a hill in the heart of the Etruscan land just a few kilometers from the sea and famous places like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S. Gimignano

Renovated a few years ago respecting the typical Tuscan style, the farmhouse is in an open position which dominates with its 360 degree views. It has its own swimming pool in a secluded location. The climate is good from April to October and the winters are often mild.  

Located near the sea (about 20 km) and the airport of Pisa (about 60 km), this villa is without a shadow of doubt ideal for spending pleasant evenings with friends while sipping a glass of a good Tuscan red wine or  having a delicious "Fiorentina" steak of Chianina meat.

The house is on two floors and measures approximately 600 square meters in total.  It offers the possibility of accommodation for 16 people in two apartments with 4 rooms each, all with private bathroom.

The two apartments are independent but can be connected by an internal staircase. The house can be rented as two separate apartments for 8 people with the possibility of three extra beds for the apartment on the first floor and two extra beds for the apartment on the ground floor. (Total capacity 21 people)

Ground floor (about 300 square meters):  large living room with TV area, dining area and kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen and living spaces on the ground floor are suitable for a group of 16 people. The outdoor area of ​​the ground floor faces east and has two large tables of equal size, chairs and umbrellas.
A hallway leads to a staircase that gives access to the first floor. The first floor is about 290 squares meters. It has a kitchen, dining area, living room and 4 rooms with bathroom as well as a guest bathroom. 

The first floor has a panoramic terrace facing south and a flight of stairs from where you have direct access to the garden. The rooftop terrace is equipped with BBQ, hammock, umbrella, table and chairs.
