San Martinello has a large garden (500 m2) with private swimming- pool (12 x 4 m - depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 1,8 m - open from 01/ 06 to 30 /09) , outside shower ( cold water) and outdoor kitchen with electric stove and barbecue , comfortable furnished covered terrace accessible from the kitchen and the dining area.

Laundry room with washing machine available. Baby bed available free of charge (linen not supplied). Parking in the grounds.

The price includes : water, gas kitchen , electricity.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 140.00 , weekly cleaning ( only in case of reservations for several consecutive weeks ) € 40.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request : maid service available on request at a cost of € 10.00 per hour in the basement of the house there is a large living area and fully equipped mini disco ( with toilet and corner bar) that customers can book the house (extra) prior agreements at the time of booking and permission of the owner , heating consumption .

 

Security deposit : € 350.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
