Santa Marie is placed among the green tuscan hills rich of olive trees, vineyards and woods, it has been recently restored and transformed into four apartments and the owner‘s house. The medieval small town of Campagnatico stands in a panoramic position, in the center of the coloured Tuscan Maremma, about 25 km from the sea, near to the slopes of the Amiata mountain and the Brunello area. The essential colours are the intensive green of spring and the golden yellow of summer. The numerous sightseeing tours, easily accessible in the neighbourhood and rich in etruscan, roman and feudal art are enhanced by the wonderful and extended Tirrenian Coast, by the spectacular Islands of the Argentario, by the natural park of Uccellina and by the elegant thermal resorts. Guests will have communal use of the laundry room with washing-machine, iron and spacious living-room. On request the owner can prepare the breakfast and typical dinners.

Ground floor apartment, suitable for disabled, in the restored stables. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. A porch leads to a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture.

EXTERIOR

The apartments are surrounded by a spacious garden, equipped with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas, where the swimmig-pool of 6 x 12 mt - max depth 1,60 mt, has been installed. 

Pets: Pets allowed only on the apartments ORTENSIA and GARDENIA on payment of Euro 5 each per day.

Shared pool open from 28/04 to 22/09. 
Wi-Fi Internet access available in the garden. 
Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change. 
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
