Santa Marie is placed among the green tuscan hills rich of olive trees, vineyards and woods, it has been recently restored and transformed into four apartments and the owner‘s house. The medieval small town of Campagnatico stands in a panoramic position, in the center of the coloured Tuscan Maremma, about 25 km from the sea, near to the slopes of the Amiata mountain and the Brunello area. The essential colours are the intensive green of spring and the golden yellow of summer. The numerous sightseeing tours, easily accessible in the neighbourhood and rich in etruscan, roman and feudal art are enhanced by the wonderful and extended Tirrenian Coast, by the spectacular Islands of the Argentario, by the natural park of Uccellina and by the elegant thermal resorts. Guests will have communal use of the laundry room with washing-machine, iron and spacious living-room. On request the owner can prepare the breakfast and typical dinners.

Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.

Obligatory final cleaning Euro 10 per person.
Heating Gardenia and Ortensia Euro 10 per day per apartment, Ciclamino Euro 15 per day (if used).
Pets allowed only in ORTENSIA and GARDENIA on payment of Euro 5 each per day
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
€ 150 per apartment (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
