SUNNYHILL is located in the area called Valdichiana valley, near Monte San Savino, on top of a soft rolling hill, an ideal location for relaxing holidays and trips dedicated to discovering the art treasures of Tuscany and Umbria.

The newly built Tuscan-style villa is located in a beautiful panoramic position overlooking the surrounding valley, offering a delightful garden with private swimming pool and a nice porch for “al fresco” meals.

Sunnyhill will be your perfect place, whether with friends or with your children, if what you are looking for is a relaxing holiday, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but with every convenience within easy reach. And with the possibility of moving around, when you don't prefer to enjoy the house and its spaces in tranquillity, for day trips to discover the region, its small villages perched on high hills, cities of art and the thousands of hidden treasures to be discovered in rural Tuscany.
The owners live in the house next door, a discreet presence but always ready and happy to help and advise you with every need.

Simone and Marta -the owners are the nicest people on earth. They welcomed us and were ready with juice, water and Prosecco; Marta came with homemade plummarmelade and their homegrown peaches. Tomatoes, plums and melons. They invited us out eating with their friends. Again -very very Nice and kind people. They are our New Tuscan family! Hope to come back to Sunnyhill

We have had a really wonderful week in this splendid villa. A beautiful view over the Tuscan hills, olive trees and wine fields. A large private swimmingpool. A shady terrace where we could get into the true Tuscan spirit of life. A beautiful Villa with many elegant solutions and taste. We could see that a lot of love had been put into the building of this villa. And everything just worked. From great beds to super wifi. On top of this the owners next door, showed great hospitality, from a nice welcome package with homemade pasta-salad and cake, to taste of their homemade Limoncello and portwine. A perfect host, helpfull and by no means intrusive. If we get the chance to go to Tuscany again, we will pick this spot again - no questions asked.
Yes Monika, it is a really great villa. The pictures almost cant show just how great a villa it is. Thanks for a great arrival - even during the final. And for being flexible about our early in the morning departure.

INTERIORS

The villa was built in 2020 and very tastefully furnished in a harmonious mix of ancient and modern style, offering great comfort to our guests.

GROUND FLOOR: large and bright living-dining room with "open space" kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From the living room access to the panoramic veranda furnished with table and benches for eating outside.
FIRST FLOOR: both internal and external staircase with typical loggia lead to the first floor, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom and small bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR
The villa will provide you with a large, well-kept garden, always full of flowers and plants and all to enjoy, with a swimming pool for your exclusive use (size m. 9x3.5, depth m. 1.40 - open from 01st June to 30th September) with a gazebo, sunbeds and deckchairs, a portico with access from the living area where you can enjoy your meals in the open air, a brick barbecue and a pergola with table tennis and parking space.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 100.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Air conditioning Euro 1 per kwh (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
