Tenuta La Selva is a beautiful property located between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena overlooking the charming village of Lucignano which boasts a thousand-year history and presents an exceptional model of medieval town planning with a particular elliptical plan.

The farm is located in a private property with three hectares of land totally fenced, consisting of olive groves, woods and large gardens with a swimming pool that enjoys a magnificent panoramic view.

The entire property was born from the recovery of a typical Tuscan rural complex consisting of a main body and two annexes (*), for the exclusive use of vacationers, converted into six comfortably furnished units with air-conditioned rooms. There is an additional apartment at the first floor of Casa del Portico which is not for rent and exclusively used by the owners when the property is not rented.  The composition of this structure allows groups and families to have their own spaces, although they can count on various common areas such as the common room with living room and kitchen overlooking the garden.

Tenuta La Selva is located 4 km distant from many supermarkets, shops and restaurants in Lucignano (4km) and Sinalunga (5 km) and only 5 km away from the Valdichiana Outlet Village. The property is also well connected to the main road links and its position is an excellent starting point for organizing excursions to the main tourist destinations of Tuscany and Umbria.

It is the ideal place for relaxing holidays with your family and with groups of friends, where you can relax and enjoy the countryside and visit the beauties of Tuscany.

(*) In this version for 12 people, one of the annexes of the structure remains closed and not available for guests. In case of larger groups, the complete structure is available up to 18 + 4 people (Tenuta La Selva - Borgo di Lucignano 18)

Property Details

INTERIOR

The structure consists of six apartments, each with private entrance distributed on two levels, four on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a new community kitchen, fully equipped with a large table inside and also outside in front of the BBQ. There are 2 more possibilities to have meals outdoor, one under the covered porch in front of the pool and another one on the lovely "piazzetta" with tables and sofas.

CASA DEL PORTICO

Ground floor consisting of 2 apartments not connected internally:

Portico (4 pers. 130sqm ): Entrance from the porch on a large common room with a kitchenette and a dining table with all the necessities to assemble large groups. The apartment is also equipped with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower
Air conditioning in one room and in the living area

The portico, with a splendid view of Lucignano, has been equipped with table and chairs:  the ideal place where guests can dine “al fresco” together!

OUTDOOR

The external space that surrounds the structure is part of a property of about 3 hectares of land and is distinguished by the numerous common areas available to guests. Through the private drive lined with cypress trees and a small wood, you can reach the covered parking lot with several parking spaces. Automatic gate

The grove, equipped with a bowling green, can be used for walks or jogging. The garden is full of various tall trees, olive trees, cypresses and potted flowers.

There are various terraces located in different areas of the property, ideal for eating outdoors with comfortable seating and tables or relaxing with friends on cool summer evenings.

POOL

The beautiful swimming pool is 5 x 10 m (depth from 1m to 2,5 m). Close to the pool there is a heatable jacuzzi.

THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity (except air conditioning), water, cooking gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool towels (to be ordered in advance), Wi-Fi internet connection, 1 baby bed & high chair (on previous request), pool and garden maintenance, pool use from the last Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: final cleaning  (150,00 Euro fix price), weekly supplement in case animals travel along, welcome only on request (€30,00 Euro each pet), Tourist Tax (when applicable, details on the spot)

ON REQUEST: heating if used (upon consumption and up to date market prices), air conditioning if used (200,007week), additional  cleaning (12,00 Euro per hour / cleaner), additional bed linen and towels (12,00 Euro per person), firewood (15,00 Euro per 100 kg), use of sofa beds 50,- Euro per person per week.

PETS: are welcome on request on supplement
