Villa Alba a lovely farmhouse is set amidst the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys.  The property is situated in a panoramic position with a marvellous view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo.

The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use.

Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens), it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence.

However, in the low season and middle season period's, it is possible to rent only one part (up to 5 persons) or two parts (up to 8 persons) of the house. In this cases, privacy and independence are always guaranteed since the rest of the house will not be available for rental.

At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.

With separate access there is also sitting-dining room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

the well-kept, panoramic garden shaded by tall pines and completely fenced, the lovely private swimming pool (size 6 x 9 m - depth 1.20 m) or perhaps the Jacuzzi (6 seats - extra charge) set among the olive trees...? Or, could it be the very idea of the country villa, its secluded but not isolated location, and the warm atmosphere created inside with pastel colours and rustic style furniture.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Heating Euro 8 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request Euro 3 each.
Sheets change Euro 5 per person.
Bath towels change Euro 5 per person.
Outdoor hydromassage bathtub Euro 150 per week (on request at the moment of reservation).
Wood for fireplace Euro 20 each 100 kg (if used).
