INTERIOR

Ground floor:  access to two beautiful and bright living rooms with archways and vaulted ceiling.  The living area is equipped with stone fireplace, an area with LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen overlooks the covered porch and terrace with swimming pool. There is a guest bathroom.

There are also one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, each one with its own private bathroom with shower.

First Floor:   there are four double bedrooms, each of them with its own en-suite bathroom.

The villa has a basement with laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
