The rent of the property comprises the whole main villa ( which can accommodate 14 people) , an apartment accessible from the courtyard of the villa ( which can accommodate 4 people) and a nice common area consists of two large halls , one of which has a fireplace and the other with pellet stove and a ping pong table , a kitchen and a toilet.

This property lends itself very well to the rent for large groups ( maximum 18 people) with its wide open spaces , the large rooms of the villa and the common area.

On request: baby bed available free of charge, maid service available at a cost of € 12.00 per hour, ability to organize Tuscan dinners , extra bed : € 50.00 per week , heating consumption , wood and pellet free .
Pets Small pets with a supplement of € 100.00 per week.
