The Versilia coastline area (beaches and famous nightlife) as well as Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini and Florence are not so far from the property. Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition.

On request: Heating € 40.00 per day,  a baby bed available at a cost of € 20.00 per week, maid service available on request € 15.00 per hour;only small pets allowed with a supplement of € 50.00 per week per pet.

Security deposit: € 500.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
