On the first floor is a large living room, with dining room, tv area, billiard room and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the second floor is a living room reading with comfortable white sofas and fireplace, 4 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom.
On the third floor there is a relaxation area with beautiful colourful pillows, a master bedroom with a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and a bedroom with two single beds with bathroom and shower.

A few minutes away from the charming village of San Ginesio, in the heart of the Marche region, it is located a few kilometres from the National Park of Monti Sibillini and numerous lakes such as Lake Fiastra, Lake Borgiano, Lake delle Grazie and the lake San Ruffino.
