INTERIOR

Great solution for two families as it gives the possibility to rent together a property while keeping one’s privacy, being the villa divided into two completely separate units. The main apartment has a kitchen with fireplace, a large living room (with the possibility to add an extra bed), a double bedroom with small toilet, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller than the main one, is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, an utility room, bedroom with double bed and French bed, a bathroom with shower. In the pool area is also present a bathroom with shower and washing machine, functional when spending your time in this part of the property.

EQUIPMENT: TV, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, CD player, fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, hair dryer, first-aid kit, washing machine, fire extinguisher. The property is surrounded by a large garden with many outdoor living areas with tables and chairs. In addition, at the guests'disposal a porch with table and wooden seats and a panoramic irregularly shaped pool with salt water.
