Villa Fiorentina is a Florentine villa with private pool a few kilometres from the village of Malmantile and only 20 km from Florence, which can be easily reached by travellers by train from the close by station of Lastra a Stigna (10-minute drive). It is set in the middle of a large estate producing wine and olive oil.

This property was built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower and its interior are extremely spacious with vaulted ceilings. Villa Fiorentina sleeps up to 8 guests and every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one on the first floor and another one on the second floor of the villa enabling guests to enjoy their holiday together while retaining their privacy.

The garden is very well kept and it is equipped with a non-professional tennis court available to guests. Travellers spending their holiday here can enjoy al fresco dining either under the charming loggia at the villa entrance as well as under an umbrella in front of the house. A BBQ is available to prepare meals. Furthermore, the staff of the estate will be happy to support clients with cooking services upon request.

Please note that there is an independent staff flat on the side of the villa. Please note that the staff does not use this apartment regularly and it will in no way interfere with your privacy.

The location is ideal for clients looking to explore this part of the Tuscan region, enjoy some wine at the close by wineries and have extremely easy access to the incredible city of Florence full of art, museums, restaurants and shops.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).
