The price does not include: final cleaning € 150.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request : baby bed and high chair available free of charge , possibility of hiring an extra bed at € 100.00 per week maid service available , possibility to organize lunches and dinners with wine tasting , which will be served on the porch or in the dining room of the villa by a chef who will visit the property to prepare dinner , you can also arrange lessons in painting and cooking , pets permitted at a cost of € 50.00 per week. Heating according to consumption ( € 1 per m3) .

 

Security deposit : € 500.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.
