The property consists of a main house and an annex for 2 persons.

Main House:

Ground floor: there are the living areas and a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a large covered terrace facing the pool of the villa. There is a large dining room and a living area with wood-burning stove and satellite TV. 

First floor: 4 bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The pool measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 150 cm
