The property includes 62 hectares, is located in a panoramic and quiet position, and offer hospitality with 2 houses where there are 8 elegant apartments and 2 suites with private bathroom, for a total of 33 sleeps, where you can spend pleasant holidays in good company.

The property includes also the "San Ferdinando" winery where excellent wine and DOCG extra virgin olive oil is produced, which can be tasted and bought on the farm.

INTERIOR

The property  offers to our guests 2 houses where there are a total of 8 elegant apartments and 2 suites with private bathroom, for a total of 33 beds. Each apartment has a private outdoor space furnished with a table and chairs, where you can spend relaxing evenings with friends, drinking a good glass of wine.

HOUSE N. 1

LEONARDO DA VINCI, 4 persons. Ground floor apartment wheelchair accessible with a small porch, entrance on the living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower wheelchair accessible and grab bars.

LUCA SIGNORELLI, 4 persons. First floor apartment with entrance from private external staircase and typical panoramic loggia equipped with table and chairs, living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.

PIERO DELLA FRANCESCA, 6 persons. Apartment on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Twin bedroom and  bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: access by internal wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

GALILEO GALILEI, 4 persons. Apartment on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: entrance on large living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal spiral staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

BOTTICELLI, 2 persons. Ground floor apartment with entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

DANTE ALIGHIERI, 4 persons. First floor apartment with entrance from internal private staircase to living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

COLLODI, 2 persons. Ground floor apartment with entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV, bathroom with shower. An internal wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is a double bed.

HOUSE N. 2

GIOTTO, 3 persons. Apartment on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, sofa and satellite TV, bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access through an internal wooden staircase, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

PIETRO ARETINO, 2 persons. Ground floor suite with double bedroom, minibar fridge, kettle, satellite TV and bathroom with shower.

GUIDO MONACO, 2 persons. Ground floor suite with double bedroom, minibar fridge, kettle, satellite TV and bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR

 The property‘s facilities, for the guests entertainment, are a beautiful infinity pool with salt water (size 6x12 m - depth 1,20 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September), a tennis court with synthetic grass, a SPA with sauna for 4 persons and Hydromassage bath for 4 persons (on request on payment)  and various trekking trails.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage Deposit Euro 1.000 (to be paid upon arrival in cash). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. 
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Heating Euro 7 per m3 per apartment (if used).
Air conditionig Euro 10 per day per apartment (if used).
Pets (small size only) are welcome on payment of Euro 7 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Breakfast Euro 12 per person.
Rental of equipment for playing tennis.

CHECK-IN:  in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m
CHECK-OUT:  in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
