Villa Il Vischio is a beautiful detached house with private pool situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, a few kilometers away from the village of Gaiole in Chianti. Surrounded by vineyards and woods, the villa offers peace and privacy for guests who decide to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and a short distance from the artistic treasures of Tuscany.

A private heated swimming pool is located in front of the house surrounded by a large terrace from which you can also access a wellness area with Finnish sauna. The interior of the house is very comfortable, in Tuscan style and each room has air conditioning. The property has its own production of Chianti Classico and it is possible to organize cooking classes and wine tastings in the cellar of the farm.

The property is accessed via an unpaved road in good condition.

INTERIORS

Ground floor : living-room with dining area , living room with fireplace, kitchen room with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with shower , double bedroom with private bathroom with shower . From this floor there is direct access to the outdoor terrace , solarium and swimming pool.

First floor: master bedroom with en suite shower room and access to the panoramic terrace (120 m2 ) open and partly covered

Second floor: master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath tub.

Accessories: satellite TV, Wi- Fi ( free), oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine , washing machine, heating, air conditioning, barbecue , cot , parking , wellness. Pets are allowed.

 

OUTDOOR 

Villa Il Vischio has a large garden (3000 m2) well equipped with sun terrace, private swimming pool ( 7 x 3,5 m - depth 1,4 m - open from 01/ 04 to 30 /10); the pool is heated (on request and at an extra cost ) , a Finnish sauna . Washing machine is located in a separate space . Parking in the grounds.

 

The price includes : water, gas cooking facilities, electricity, air conditioning .

The price does not include: final cleaning € 120.00 , any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: heating : € 60.00 per day , 2 baby beds are available free of charge , domestic help to € 30.00 per hour, about 300 meters away from the villa is the farm with several other apartments where you can enjoy the restaurant ( for sole use of guests) for breakfast (buffet at € 10.00a person) and dinner ( set menu - from € 22.00 up to a maximum of € 35.00 per person).

Ability to organize wine tasting at € 15.00 per person or mini tasting courses at € 25.00 per person and the owners also organize cooking classes ( € 80.00 per person ), always within the property you can make " wellness " ( massage therapy, wine therapy , color therapy, massage , etc ...) . Pets are allowed.
