Villa Oriana is a beautiful villa villa with pool set on a hill position giving a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The structure has been recently renovated keeping its old rural appeal thanks to the use of elegant materials selected with great care. The property is surrounded by a private well groomed garden and offers comfortable outdoor living areas, such as a porch with tables, chairs and arm chairs, a lovely equipped pergola and a brick barbecue area with wood oven. At the guests'disposal a nice swimming pool.

Cagli is a really old city full of history; this is given also by its original name "Cale" which is pre-roman. Cagli lies at the foot of the mountain Petrano (Monte Petrano), at the confluence of the rivers Bosso and Burano, in the middle of a fabulous and unspoilt landscape.

One of the main symbols of Cagli is the Torrione, an old town tower, with its "soccorso coverto", a secret underground walk which leads to the top of a hill where the cloister of the "Cappuccini Monks" (frati cappuccini) is. Close to the Torrione you can visit the beautiful town theatre. Another important attraction is the Malio bridge (Ponte Malio), one of the most important finds along the old Flaminia route. In Cagli there is plenty of beautiful old churches and buildings which make Cagli one of the most historic and cultural city in le Marche.

INTERIOR

The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen/living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bath anteroom with washing machine and a small closet. Moreover, guests can benefit of a practical kitchen with dining area and separate access. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.

TV, stereo, CD and DVD player, two electric ovens, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, American coffee maker,  washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, porches, pergola, large barbecue area, wood oven, table and chairs, Playstation, table football, Internet wi-fi connection. Baby cot with sheets and highchair are available upon request.

On request:  air conditioning 50,00 Euro/week , Heating: on consumption up to the market's rates, Extra cleaning during vacation: € 50, Extra changes of linen or towels during vacation: € 8 per person

Not included: Tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house when due, Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)

Security deposit: covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be depositedl
