Ground floor:  entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a second smaller living room also with a fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and finally a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

First floor: a stone staircase takes you to the upper floor which gives access to 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with bathroom.

OUTDOOR

The outside area is by far the most enjoyed part of the house, with a porch, table and chairs, stone bbq, 10 x 5 meter swimming pool (depth 150 cm) 
The pool is located right next to the villa in a dominant position with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape.
