The villa is located in southern Tuscia only 60 km from Rome, which can be easily reached in less than an hour thanks to the excellent train services that connect this area with the capital.

Villa Tuscia is set on the outskirts of Corchiano, that can be reached also on foot with an easy walk, so it is not necessary to have a car. In the area, which is at the feet of the Cimini mountains, several Etruscan tombs have been found. Important archaeological finds can be admired in the museum of Villa Giulia in Rome and in the museum of Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana.

Equipped green space and swimming pool. All around the villa a large garden equipped with garden furniture and a beautiful swimming pool ( 6 x 15 m., depth 0,80 - 1,50 m.) for the exclusive use of the guests. Because of the way the villa has been divided it is possible to accommodate groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together while maintaining a degree of independence.
