AI DUE MORI- PRIVATE STRUCTURE (ACCOMODATION ONLY)

This charming stone cottage is situated in the hills near the village of Montagnano.
Located in the heart of the Val di Chiana, provides a quiet and relaxing holiday. The house is ideal for two people or for a small family (a cot is available on request). Ai Due Mori offers  beautiful nature and the chance to discover the most beautiful Tuscan cities and small towns of the surrounding area.
The interior has been furnished taking care of the comfort, the bright colors give to the house a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The owner's family lives not far from the house, and they  rarely use the pool, giving to the guest a complete privacy.
Not far from the house there is a pizzeria, a small supermarket and other services that can be easily reached on foot.

 

INTERIOR
An external staircase leads from the parking area to the house and the pool. The cottage is situated in front of the swimming pool  above respect the owner's house.
The entrance of the house is covered by a lovely porch, from the porch you can enjoy  a wonderful view of the Val di Chiana.
The entrance leads into a living-dining room bright and spacious, where is placed a double sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), a fireplace and TV. The kitchen of this open space is modern and well equipped. The sleeping area consists of a lovely bedroom in front of it, a small bathroom with shower. From the living room, a door leads to the veranda overlooking the pool. The veranda is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

EQUIPMENT: TV, DVD player, Internet Wi-Fi, stereo with CD player, gas hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, cot (on request), parking for 1 car, barbecue.

EXTERIOR
Between the house and the pool there is a large veranda of 50 square meters, offering a comfortable environment for outdoor dining. The garden surrounding the house is about 1000 square meters, provides a great space for children to play. There is garden furniture. The beautiful swimming pool at guests' disposal, is rarely used by the hosts. The owners always ensure maximum privacy.

POOL
The large pool of 6x12m (with depth from 1 to 2.40 m) is available to guests from late April to early October. The outdoor area is paved and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is a cold shower.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
electricity, water, cooking gas, bed linen and towels with weekly change, pool and garden maintenance, uso of pool from last Saturday in April to first Saturday in October

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
final cleaning (60,00 Euro fix price), eventual tourist tax regarding the local legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner)

ON REQUEST:
heating (on consumption due to up to date market prices), additional cleaning (15,00 Euro per hour / cleaner), additional bed linen and towels (10,00 Euro per person), internet Wi-Fi (25,00 Euro per week), firewood (20,00 Euro per 100 Kg)

PETS: are NOT welcome

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:  250,00 Euro in cash on arrival

CHECK IN: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.00 o’clock

CHECK OUT: Saturday from 8.00 to 10.00 o’clock at the latest

The cottage is situated on a hill in the Val di Chiana valley, and offers to is guests numerous picturesque villages such as Monte San Savino, Marciano della Chiana, Lucignano, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and Civitella, where you will find restaurants and shops of all kinds. During the year, taking place interesting cultural and artistic festivals. The property location is ideal for day trips to explore the beautiful city and visit the most famous art cities such as Florence and Siena. Suggested is a visit to the nearby Lake Trasimeno (30 km) or even the beautiful spa of Rapolano, Chianciano and Bagni Vignoni (40 Km).
