The wonderful holiday house CASA BERNI  is a beautiful stone villa divided into two separate units which are part of an agritouristic farm including olive groves, woods, several fields and a small breeding of horses and ponies. The property is only a few km away from the village of Sinalunga where you can find shops, restaurants and all kinds of services. Sinalunga, placed on a still untouched hill area is surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves which slope down to the Valdichiana-valley. It is known for its excellent wine, olive oil and "Chianina" meat. The area is an ideal destination for those who love to discover the beautiful countryside and small, antique villages. In front of the villa there is a completely fenced in area where you can relax and organize meals.

 

INTERIOR

The villa is divided into two separate units with independent entrances. The first unit is situated on the ground floor and can be entered by an external portico. There is a living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. First floor: with access through a wooden, internal staircase. There is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. The second unit is also situated on the ground floor and can be reached by an external portico. There is again a living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner. Next to it is a double bedroom and a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.

EQUIPMENT: freezer (2), oven (2), dishwasher (2), washing machine, mokka coffee maker, WI-FI Internet access, alarm, covered car spots, satellite TV, barbecue, table-football, beby bed, high chair.

 

POOL AND GARDEN

Next to the property there is a wood where it will be pleasant to make relaxing walks. Covered car spots are also available. A beautiful swimming pool (size mt. 14x6, depth mt. 1,00-2,40) with an original and refreshing waterfall enrich your stay. Two bathrooms are at your disposal. The garden, in the middle of olives and other trees, is moreover furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue to eat outside. The furnishing in the typical Tuscan style chosen with care, recalls pleasant traditions and together with quietness and beauty of the place will ensure a completely relaxing holiday, for those who wish to take a break from everyday life in the green countryside of Siena area.

 

Services included: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial cleaning, pool towels, WI-FI Internet access, sheets and bathroom towels with weekly change.

Services not included: final cleaning (€120.00), air conditioning only in the 2 bedrooms at the ground floor (€10.00/day/ per bedroom), washing machine €6.00 each use.
