Ground floor: large well equipped kitchen with dining area, toilet , living room with 2 sofa beds.

First floor: double bedroom with bathroom with shower ( no bidet) , double bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.

Second floor: bathroom with bath tub.

Accessories : Satellite TV, DVD , Wi -Fi , stereo, oven , freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker , dishwasher, heating, washing machine , iron , air conditioning , cot , barbecue, parking. Pets are allowed.

OUTDOOR

Casa Falciani offers a well-tended garden equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, parasols, private swimming pool (6 x 12 m - maximum depth 1,40 m - open from 01 /04 to 31/ 10), heated outdoor pool with Jacuzzi heated water (7 seats), barbecue , veranda, playground for children.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a small pool table and table football. The parking is inside the property.

The price includes : water, gas kitchen use.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 100.00 , Heating, possible tourist tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .

On request: Heating (€4,00/mt3), electricity consumption (€ 0,30 per kW), maid service available at € 10.00 per hour , extra bed available on request at € 70.00 per week, you can organize cooking classes and dinners ; Pets are allowed small pets.
Wi- Fi internet (free for 15 hours a week and then to consumption at a cost of € 0.90 per hour).

Security deposit : € 250.00 to be deposited in cash on arrival.

Check in: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.00
