Casa Giolo is a charming cottage perfect for getting away from the hustle bustle of everyday life and spend an unforgettable holiday in the warm and relaxing atmosphere of an old farmhouse that has preserved to this day its original architecture.

The house is located in Marciano della Chiana; from the house and front garden guests can admire the beautiful view of the Val di Chiana, enclosed on the horizon by the mountains of the Apennines.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance on a wide living room with arches, dining room with kitchen corner, sitting area with sofas, fireplace and TV, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with added single bed and private bathroom with bath. 

FIRST FLOOR: access both via internal wooden staircase and external stone staircase with typical, panoramic loggia, sitting-room with fireplace, sofa and TV, kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. With access via wooden staircase, attic with double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.

OUTDOOR

All around the house a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and shaded by old oak trees, olive trees and other tall trees. On one side of the garden (which is around 5000 m2) there is a beautiful, completely fenced swimming pool (5 x 10 m., depth 1,20-1,80 m.) where guests can spend pleasant days in the hot summer sun, regenerating body and mind.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:  
Private pool open from 02/05 to 26/09. Wi-Fi Internet access.  Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Electricity, hot and cold water.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:  
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day. Heating Euro 5 per hour (if used). Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 2 each.
