All around the house a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and shaded by old oak trees, olive trees and other tall trees. On one side of the garden (which is around 5000 m2) there is a beautiful, completely fenced swimming pool (5 x 10 m., depth 1,20-1,80 m.) where guests can spend pleasant days in the hot summer sun, regenerating body and mind.

Private pool open from 02/05 to 26/09. Wi-Fi Internet access.  Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Electricity, hot and cold water.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:  
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200. Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day. Heating Euro 5 per hour (if used). Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 2 each.
