Casa Milly is an elegant private villa with pool in Le Marche. The property is immersed in a green landscape overlooking the suggestive town of Pergolawhich is only few km distant. This accommodation is the perfect solution for relaxing holidays in close contact with nature, while being at a very short distance from main services and amenities.

The villa has been recentry renovated but it still preserves its antique rural architecture combined with a refined modern taste given by the large rooms and selected comfortable furniture. The property is entirely fenced-in and surrounded by a large and well groomed garden with pool with Roman stairs and adjoining gazebo with panoramic view, perfect to take shelter during summer days.

Guests can also benefit of a comfortable porch equipped with tables, chairs and sofas to eat all together and relax.

 

INTERIOR

The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor it is composed of a living room-kitchen with direct access to the porch and with single sofabed, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom. Downstairs there is a large kitchen and living room with direct access to the outside.

LOCATION

The city of Pergola was founded in the 13^th century and it is placed on the merging of the rivers Cesano and Cinisco, not far away from the breathtaking Catria Mountain (Monte Catria, 1702m). It is a marvellous little city in the heart of the region le Marche surrounded by rivers, green hills, mountains and an unpolluted and variegated nature. In the heart of the city you will discover a graceful medieval architecture with many religious and exclusive buildings.

 You will have to visit the St. Jacob church (chiesa di San Giacomo, 13^th -18^th century), which hosts nowadays the museum of the Gilded Bronzes (Bronzi Dorati). The St. Andrew's church (chiesa di Sant'Andrea) was built in 1258 and it still keeps its original romanesque/gothic tower. It is told that he St. Francis church (chiesa di San Francesco) and the convent, founded in 1255, were built by the direct disciples of Francis. The Auditorium, i.e. the old St. Mary's church (Chiesa di Santa Maria di Piazza) is supposed to be the first church built in Pergola. The name of the city comes from the pergola that was along the wall of this church.
