Casa Rosina is a part of a farmhouse which is composed by three floors and a small annex. The annex basement, where once there were cellars , has been equipped with a fresh gym. The furniture is well-groomed and comfortable.

EXTERIOR
The property is completely fenced and it is set up with a well kept garden of about 300 m2 where, exclusively for our clients, there are a lovely swimming pool (dim. 8x4 m. - depth 1,30-,160 m.), the barbecue, the porch with table and chairs to eat outside and the table football. It is possible to heat the pool at the cost of Euro 12,00 per day. The pool os open from 12th April to 25th October.
