CASALE I POGGI is located in Valdichiana, in the border area between the provinces of Siena and Arezzo as well as the region of Umbria, immersed in the quiet of the Sienese hills, surrounded by vineyards of D.O.C.G. grapes, olive groves and woods with centuries-old plants.

Its strategic position is an excellent starting-point for the exploration of the surrounding areas, full of history and culture: monuments and works of art, churches and abbeys. All can be admired while visiting the centers nearby, such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi (50/70 km).  Moreover you can visit the famous thermal stations (spas) of Chianciano Terme, Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni which are situated within a short car drive.

The farm has ancient origins and is composed of a beautiful 19th century manor house with an independent entrance where the owners currently live with their dogs and the farmer's house, which, thanks to a careful renovation, has been transformed into a lovely holiday home.
The outdoor area, which is for the exclusive use of guests, offers a private pool and a porch for outdoor dining.

The house, furnished in rustic style, is spread over 2 floors and thanks to the spacious living room that has been obtained from the careful renovation of the old stable and the 6 bedrooms is particularly suitable for groups of families or friends who want to spend their vacation together.

INTERIOR

The villa consists of the MAIN HOUSE and a romantic SUITE with a separate entrance.

MAIN HOUSE (10 sleeps)
GROUND FLOOR: spacious living room with sofas and satellite TV, down 3 steps there is the kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, fridge with ice maker, kettle, American coffee maker) with dining area and access to the outside, WC . In a room with independent access from the outside, there is a washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR (with access via internal staircase): 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom with shower (without window), double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (without window).

SUITE (2/4 sleeps)
FIRST FLOOR (with access via external staircase)living room with large fireplace and double sofa bed with dining area and kitchenette (oven, 4-burner stove, kettle), bathroom with shower (without window). From the living a comfortable wooden staircase leads to the loft (open onto the area below) with a double bed.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.
