The property offers a panoramic lodge, perfect to eat together in the open air and a neat garden where the guests can benefit of a panoramic swimming pool.

INTERIOR

This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, where you can access through internal stairs, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower.

EQUIPMENT: air conditioning (on the first floor - living room and bedrooms),TV, DVD player, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board with iron, first aid kit, dish washer, freezer-refrigerator, hair dryer, toaster, American coffee maker, electric oven, extinguisher, boiler, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, outdoor tables and chairs, brick barbecue. A crib with sheet and a high chair are available upon request.

The price does not include: final cleaning: € 100, tourist tax: to pay directly to the owner of the house when due, Insurance against damage caused and reservation costs: 150,00€ /booking (to be paid with the deposit)

On request: Heating: € 15 per day, only on the ground floor, extra cleaning during the stay: €  10 per hour, extra changes of lilen and towels: € 5 per person.

Security deposit: covered by the above-mentioned insurance, therefore NOT to be deposited
