Casale Margherita is a beautiful farmhouse on the Tuscan hills, situated in Cortona at the end of the beautiful tree-lined avenue of the Parterre. From the farm you can reach the historic center of Cortona in about 15 minutes walking along the avenue of the parterre that is illuminated at night.
This agriturism with views over Cortona is embedded within an eight-hectare farm with olive groves and woods, ideal for beautiful walks to discover nature. The breathtaking panorama from the windows and from the gardens of the Chiana valley ranges from Lake Trasimeno to the hills of Montepulciano and guests can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Tuscan countryside.
INTERIORS
The farm is composed of two independent units have been recently renovated to combine the tradition of the typical Tuscan farmhouse with modern comfort.
The house can accommodate a total of 10 people and is therefore suitable for large families or groups of friends wishing to spend a pleasant holiday in Cortona. In the low season you can still rent just one of the two houses, ideal for a stay in Cortona for couples or small families.
- Casa Glicine: can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 2 floors: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, freezer, double bedroom with bathroom (bathtub); double bedroom with bathroom (shower); twin bedroom with bathroom with shower.
The last two rooms also have a private entrance. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with heating and air conditioning.
- Casa Quercia: can accommodate up to 4 people: large living/dining room with fireplace and a kitchenette with electric oven, freezer, dishwasher;
double bedroom and bathroom with shower, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower and separate entrance.

OUTDOOR
Casale Margherita is sourrounded by a large garden with plants and wild flowers; the villa offers to its guests also a solarium area with deck and lounge chairs, outdoor table and a barbecue.
The price includes: Internet WI-FI, linen, 2 towels changes, pool towels, welcome basket at the arrival, one dinner with the owners during the stay, wood for fireplace.
The price does not include: final cleaning €150.00, possible tourist tax.
