Casale Montefollonico is a big Tuscan farmhouse which dates  back to the 15th century and was built on the ruins of an ancient convent of the year 1200. This property with a charming inner courtyard, is situated in peaceful and panoramic location on a large hectare estate producing olive oil and wine.

This villa has been tastefully restored preserving its original architectural features and ancient materials such as the beautiful terracotta-tiles floors and beamed ceilings and has been converted into a welcoming country-side. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 1,5 km.

INTERIOR

Ground floor: entrance, large living-.room with fireplace, access on to the garden and on to a dining-room (with access on to the outside), open kitchen  with dining table (for 6 persons), double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.

First floor : (access via an ancient stone staircase): double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Equipment:  satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi, VCR / DVD, washing machine, dishwasher , oven, freezer, toaster, American coffee maker, microwave, central heating, baby bed,  parking, air conditioning, barbecue,  parking.

The price does not include:  heating (according to consumption ), final cleaning € 200,00, electricity (according to consumption),possible tourist tax to be paid locally (price depending on each municipality).

On request:  heating (according to consumption ), baby bed and high-chair upon request (free of charge), maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to the paid locally), air conditioning: €20,00/day.

 

Security deposit:  € 500.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)
