Casale Vignale is a splendid historical property that rises majectically in a panoramic and breathtaking position, among the oak and chestnut woods, just a few kilometers far from Arezzo.   Its construction dates back to the beginning of the XIVth Century and it has been recently restored and restructured, with special care on conserving the importance and allure of the past.  

Its majestic and imposing structure with a square plan and a mighty tower remember us its military origin. In fact, it is still possible to admire visible traces of battlements and a few slit windows.

The owners have chosen comfortable and rational furnitures to transform this property into a cosy holiday villa. The antique furniture together with the warm colours chosen to revive the rooms' walls brig a unique and fascinating atmosphere.

The owner will be happy to prepare, on request,  meals for our guests so that they can sample typical local cuisine.

INTERIOR

FIRST FLOOR: going up a typical stone staircase you access the sitting-dining room with a large fireplace, large equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bedroom with small double with shared bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower.

SECOND FLOOR: three double bedrooms each one with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom.

THIRD FLOOR: sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. A few meters from the house there is a little house with sitting-living room, fireplace, TV and table-football.

EQUIPMENT: freezer, dish-washer, washing-machine, oven, iron and ironing board, lemon squeezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, food mixer, moka coffee maker, wood burning oven, table-football, SAT TV.

 

GARDEN & POOL

The villa is surrounded by a large, panoramic garden full of flowers and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and wood-burning oven.

On one side of the garden, above the villa, there is a beautiful swimming pool (9 x 9 m -depth 1,20 - 2,20 m.).

The price includes: linen, electricity, gas, water, initial and final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, free internet WIFI.

The price does not include: heating €6.00/m³, pets €5,00/day.

On request: cots for babies available for free, firewood €20.00/100kg, swimming towels available on payment of € 3.00 each.

Security deposit: €300.00 to be paid cash on arrival
