The property now consists of three different units: a main house and two guest houses, thus making Casetta Lolita ideal for those looking to holiday together yet enjoying their own privacy.

MAIN HOUSE: Open space that includes the living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen overlooking the garden and a furnished terrace for al fresco dining, double bedroom, twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower).
Basement: laundry room, bathroom with shower.

FIRST ANNEX: double room with en-suite
SECOND ANNEX: double room with private bathroom (shower only).

Accessories: heater, oven, electric kettle, washing machine.

 

OUTSIDE

 Guests can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits from the vegegarden and fruit trees kept by a gardener. In front of the main house is the beautiful swimming pool (15x4mt).
