Casina Cuore is only a few minutes driving from Cortona, town rich in Etruscan reminiscences, works of art of inestimable value and beauty, noble palaces and characteristic lanes. Also the Trasimeno Lake is easily reachable, with its beautiful beaches, its isles and the many little historical centres, magically nestled in the green hills which framed it.

Casina Cuore is furnished with taste and attention to the smallest detail, is endowed with air conditioning and Wi-Fi access and has got at disposal a large, private terrace-solarium and an outdoor space with barbecue and garden furniture to eat outside.

This location is ideal for couples searching for a romantic holiday but at the same time wishing to tour Tuscany and Umbria. Not far from the house passes the road that, since ancient times, connects Cortona to the chief town Arezzo.

INTERIORS

Ground floor: entrance from terrace-solarium equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals, living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Possibility to add a single bed in the bedroom.

Equipment: freezer, oven, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet access, high chair, mosquito nets, TV.

 

OUTSIDE

The small house is situated next to the owner's villa, and the owners occasionally use the beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view on Cortona (size m 4x8, depth m 1,40-1,60 / open from 23/04 to 15/10).

The price includes: Wi-Fi Internet access, sheets and bathroom towels with weekly change, swimming towels, baby bed available free of charge on request at time of booking, electricity, hot and cold water.

The price does not include: obligatory final cleaning €30,00, tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

On request: heating €5,00 per day, air conditioning €6,00 per day, laundry service.


Security deposit: €200,00 to be pad in cash on the arrival

Animals: allowed (on payment of €30,00 each per week / small size only)
