The price includes : water, gas kitchen , electricity , 2 hours of daily cleaning for cleaning the main kitchen and common room.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 500.00 , any tax to be paid locally variable on each municipality ( details provided on site by the owner) .
On request: heating: € 80.00 per day, air conditioning € 80.00 per day , maid service and cook available , possibility to rent an extra bed at € 25.00 per day and a baby bed at € 10.00 per day , it is possible to organize courses of typical Tuscan cuisine and weddings.
