All around the house a large equipped garden with gazebo and outdoor furniture, barbecue, wood burning oven and table tennis. Taking a descending smooth path you reach the pool (size m. 5x10 - depth m. 1,20-2,30) available for the exclusive use of the guests. Pool open from 20/05 to 30/09.

EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, iron, mosquito screens.

 

Services included: Internet WIFI, electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen change, park and pool maintenance, final cleaning, swimming towels available on request.

The price does not include: extra cleaning when animals are present (€6,00/day); eventual tourist tax regarding the new legislation (community-dependent, details on arrival from the owner).
