Palazzo delle Rose is a beautifully restored historical manor house dating from 1785 and it offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a private pool. It is a luxurious country home in a wonderful location near the little village of Monterchi (near Arezzo), all surrounded by a wide, private park with a wonderful garden and a pool warmed by an all day sun exposure with an impressive panoramic view.

In more recent times, the house has been used as a family home, from where they managed the farming of their local land.
Palazzo delle Rose offers a unique accommodation. You will find precious period furniture and all the modern comforts making your stay pleasant and relaxing.

INTERIORS

Ground floor: fully equipped laundry, a large living room with armchairs, table and chairs for 12 people, Satellite TV, stereo and large fireplace (not working).
Adjacent to the fireplace there is the kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, kettle, italian coffee maker Bialetti, american coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge and the complete dish facilities.

First floor: you will find another fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), a fireplace (not working) and a small balcony. There is also a preciously decorated living room with a glass cupboard, table and chairs, armchairs, TV with video recorder, telephone and an internet connection if you have your own laptop computer.

Along a decorated corridor there are four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin.
Three bedrooms have a bathroom ensuite with shower; the 4th bathroom, also with shower, is along the corridor, 3 m from the 4th bedroom.
At the end of the corridor there is a lovely balcony, from which you can admire the enchanting country landscape surrounding the villa.

Second floor: there is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
At Palazzo delle Rose there are 6 bedrooms and by request 5 rooms can be double.

ACCESSORIES: Internet access, cot, bicycles, parking, air conditioning, washing machine, barbeque, dishwasher, Jacuzzi, satellite TV, VCR / DVD, heating, microwave.

 

OUTSIDE

The house is set in a wide, private park (25 hectares) crossed by grassed paths which go through the woods, ideal for gentle walks or running.

In the first level of the garden, just below the house, there is a swimming pool (12 x 6 mt; depth: 1,5 mt - open from 1 st of May to 1 st of October) equipped with sun-beds and chairs. A stone barn has been renovated into a large, quality shower/changing room complete with WC serving the pool.
Next to the pool there is a heated Jacuzzi open from April to October; from the paved poolside area guests may take full advantage of the magnificent view looking over small hilltop towns and villages with the Apennine mountain range forming the backdrop in the far distance.

The owners also offer 2 mountain bikes, a barbecue area, table tennis, satellite TV, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and a hairdryer in each bathroom. Free WI-FI internet available both in the villa and in the outside areas.
Palazzo delle Rose is managed directly by the owners. In case of any problems, the owners are just 20 minutes away.

 

The price includes: Bed linen and towels (weekly change), Internet Access, Crib, pool towels.

The price does not include: final cleaning € 150.00

On request: heating € 5.00 / m3, air conditioning € 0.80 per kWh, Outdoor Jacuzzi €250.00 per week, effective from January 2, 2016, breakfast € 15.00 per person per day, dinner € 45.00 per person, Baby-sitting by arrangement with the landlord, maid € 15.00 / hour, cooking lessons minimum € 35.00 per person .
