PIEVE SANT IPPOLITO is located in the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in the heart of the famous "Crete Senesi", placed in a sunny and panoramic position and it is composed by a manor house, where the owner family live, an annex available for our guests, and a really ancient church which origins date back to the 4th Century AC.

Above the church altar there is a large fresco ascribed to the painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti of Siena, with distinct landmarks of the Umbrian school of the renowned Pinturicchio and Raffaello.

The refined furnishing and the large equipment of the house (satellite TV, barbecue, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, iron, mosquito nets, burglar alarm and Internet access) will guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Possibility to rent mountain bikes. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels. The village of Asciano, with shops, restaurant and all kind of facilities, can be easily reached through a nice pedestrian path.

GROUND FLOOR: wide living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR

All around the buildings a wide garden equipped with table and chairs to eat "al fresco" and a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 13x8, depth m. 1,20-2,10, somewhat round, with waterfall and a three seats whirlpool bath), to be shared sometimes with the owners.

The price includes: electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, swimming towels, use of pool, 1 baby bed (up to 3 years old) to be required at time of booking, internet Wi-Fi
