Panfila is one of the apartments of Podere Elsa.

You will discover Podere Elsa by leaving the main road and taking a country road lined with cypress trees and surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, wheat fields and woods.

Podere Elsa is immersed in the magical atmosphere of the Tuscan hills and is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the Chianti region.

The structure was completely renovated just a few years ago. It has been then divided into 7 apartments:   each one is equipped with all the modern comforts (Satellite-TV, Internet access) and has its own garden equipped with a table and chairs.

It takes less than an hour by train or car to the major historic centres: Florence, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa.  From this beautiful farmhouse, one can easily reach the most important towns in about an hour by car, or by train from Certaldo: Florence (55km), Siena (45km), San Gimignano (13km), Volterra (40km), Cortona (100km), Lucca (65km), Pisa (50km).

FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

EQUIPMENT: Microwave, dishwasher, SAT TV, high chair, safe, Internet access, toaster, filter coffee maker. mixer, teakettle, moka coffee maker, fan, hairdryer.

General services at guests disposal:

• Swimming pool 6x12 h. 1,40 mt coated with mosaic, equipped with sun-umbrellas, deck-chairs, chairs, sun-beds, cold and hot shower. The pool is open from 3th May to 27th September.
• Laundry Room equipped with washing-machine (payable), ironing-board and iron.
• Outside clothes-hanger to dry garment
• Three barbecue with a near vegetable garden with basil, rosemary, sage and thyme.
• Garden and surrounding country.

 

Services Included: Internet WIFI, electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, change of bathroom towels twice a week, pool and garden maintenance.

Compulsory services not included and to be paid on site: final cleaning €150,00

Services on request: airco €18.00/day, firewood (€ 15,00/100 kg), one baby bed (on request at time of booking - free of charge), heating (€4,00-/cubic meter).
