INTERIOR
The external stone staircase takes you directly to the first (and only) floor of the property. From the entrance there is direct access to the large living room with dining room and an additional living room, with comfortable sofa’s, and a large fireplace. On the left there is a well equipped kitchen. In front of the main entrance there is the double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, whilst on the right there is the remaining of the night area, with 2 twin rooms and bathroom with shower and the laundry room.
EQUIPMENT:Â Â TV-Sat, air conditioning, HI-FI system with CD reader, internet wireless fast connection , dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stone barbecue, DVD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, moka, American coffee maker, mountain bike.
GARDEN
The park surrounds the house, and is in part cultivated with lawn. The park extends to about 1500 m². There is also on site parking.
POOL
The swimming pool is rectangular and measures 5 x 10 m, its depth varies from 1,20 to 1,40 m. It is surrounded in lawn, plants and umbrellas which provide a pleasant shaded area by the pool, and external showers. The pool, totally fenced, is at guests disposal from the last saturday of April till the first saturday of October.

POSITION
Parrano is centrally located between several interesting places: it is between Trasimeno and Bolsena Lakes, between Roma and Firenze (130 km), and not far from Orvieto or Perugia at 70 km. It is easily reachable from Fabro Scalo (8 km) using the SS 71 (exit Fabro on the motorway A1) or by train from the station of Fabro- Ficulle. In only 8 km from the motorway exit or the train station, you will find on your exit beautiful landscapes, green hills, cultivated fields, ancient farm houses, until reach the picturesque historical centre of Parrano with its stately castle. It is also possible to buy the natural product of the owner's agricultural company.
