Poggio Savino is set in a lovely position just outside Monte San Savino, in the province of Arezzo.

Monte San Savino probably founded during the Roman era but certainly an important castle in Medieval times, is one of the most visited towns in the ValdiChiana and . Its walls protect many important Medieval and Renaissance buildings.

INTERIOR

FIRST FLOOR: with entrance by an internal staricase, hall, kitchen, large sitting-room with panoramic terrace, tree double bedrooms, twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath, one bathroom with shower. 

EQUIPMENT: SAT-TV, washing machine, freezer, filter coffee maker, high chair, oven, iron and ironing board, internet key.

OUTDOOR

In the garden with cypress trees and pines there are a beautiful swimming pool (5x10 m) and a tennis court (free use) both for the exclusive and private use of the guests. In the front of the villa is a stone porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
