San Eusebio is part of a beautiful old stone farmhouse, situated on a the hill covered by olive trees 5 km far from the beautiful Cortona. 

The renovation of the house has been carried out with absolute respect for its architectural features: the wooden beams, the ceilings, the fixtures and the terracotta floors are all original.

Also, the colours, decoration, finishes used and the furniture are all perfectly in tune with the building style of the house. 

In front of the house there is a large garden equipped with garden furniture, where,amongst the olive trees, there is a charming swimming pool (3,5 x 6 m, depth 0,60-1,50 m).

GROUND FLOOR: sitting/dining room with kitchenette and large fireplace, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. 

FIRST FLOOR: access via a traditional stone staircase, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Possibility to add single bed in the double bedroom or in the sitting room. 

EQUIPMENT: microwave, washing machine, dish-washer, Tv, oven, wood burning oven.

 

Services included: Internet WIFI, electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial and final cleaning, swimming towels, pool and garden maintenance

Services not included:  heating €8.00/day, tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay. Pets €5,00 each per day
