From the entrance on the ground floor, you arrive in the large and bright living room with sofa and TV and the well-equipped "open space" kitchen with table and chairs. A French door leads to the external porch, complete with table and chairs.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large 120x80cm shower. A staircase leads to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms, each bedroom with private bathroom. The first floor is also accessed by an external staircase with a small loggia.
