Villa Alba is a lovely farmhouse is set amidst the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys.  The property is situated in a panoramic position with a marvellous view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo.

The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use.

Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens), it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence.

However, in the low season and middle season period's, it is possible to rent only one part (up to 5 persons) or two parts (up to 8 persons) of the house. In this cases, privacy and independence are always guaranteed since the rest of the house will not be available for rental.

At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.

INTERIOR

Basement: Laundry room with washing machine and iron.

Ground floor: large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower suitable for disabled (except for the shower). With separate access there is also sitting-dining room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

First floor: twin bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathroom with shower.

Equipment: dish-washers (3), SAT TV, oven, washing machine, freezer (3), fly screens, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, small electric oven.

EXTERIOR
Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment.   To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m.) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats). All around the property there are conifer and oak woods which guarantee fresh and clean air but also maximum privacy. 

Services included:  electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, initial cleaning, internet, pool and garden maintenance, swimming towels available on request

Services not included:  heating when used (Euro 8,00 / cubic meter), compulsory final cleaning (Euro 200,00fix), only small size pets are allowed (Euro 5,00 / animal and per day), heated jacuzzi 150,00 Euro/settimana

N.B. :   For low and middle season periods it is possible to rent only one or two parts of the house (4+1 or 8 sleeps).
