Villa Bouganvillea is one of the many accomodations set amidst a wonderful complex in an uncontaminated zone of the extreme south of the island of Elba. The coast is a neverending beach which includes, hidden bays in the rocks. The complex is part of the national park of Tuscan Archipelago. Inside this splendid wide holiday village guests have the possibility to use numerous services such as, olympic pool, tennis courts, horse riding, diving centres, beaches, restaurants and mini market.
The holiday complex is connected to the beaches and to the other services via internal private roads which are in good condition.

Villa Bouganvillea is a refined house with private pool located in the estate. The villa has been recently restored, keeping its original structural characteristics such as stone walls and pastel colours. The arches of the portico with their boungainvillaea flowers opens towards the court that is surrounded by pine trees and cypresses.
Clients will spend a wonderful holiday immersed in the untouched nature of one of the most suggestive Italian locations.

Villa Bouganvillea can only be rented from Sunday to Sunday.

Interior

The villa has 2 floors and the entrance is from the side facing the sea. From the entrance, through a passage way, you will reach the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the laundry room. On this floor there is also a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. From the passage way, a staircase leads to the first floor dedicated to the sleeping area.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms (with joinable beds) and four bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms have a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.

Equipment: fireplace, telephone (local calls only possible), 2 refrigerators with freezer, 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, radio with CD player, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans andfly screens  in the bedrooms, hairdryers, barbecue, parking, private swimming pool, Wi-Fi only in the common areas of the resort.

Central heating is NOT available!

Park
The villa is immersed in the natural park of a 450 hectares. and its garden is situated in front of the house furnished with table and chairs. At guests disposal there is also a stone barbecue.

Swimming Pool
The pool is 20 m from the villa and can be reached directly from the portico through a garden path. Open from the last sunday of April to the first sunday of October, it measures 3 x 5 m with a depth of 1,30 m. The pool area is furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrellas.

Not included in the price:

Location

The villa is located nearby Capoliveri, one of the nicest beach in Isola d’Elba. Elba Island is part of Arcipelago Toscano and guests will enjoy there the beauty of sandy or rocky beach and nice water. The villas are located about 2 kms far from the beach also reachable by a Minibus (service available for all guests of the complex).

The holiday village, located in an estate of a natural park of 450 hectares, offers several services at guests' disposal such as tennis court, swimming pool, horse riding, play ground for children as well as mini club for them.

Several private beaches are also at guests' disposal.  The distance from the mainland is about 10 km, with a total surface of 224 Kmq, Elba is the biggest island of the Tuscan Archipelago and the third of the Italian islands. The climate is particularly mil, because of the irregular shape of the coast which is 147 Km long. You will find here beautiful beaches and the sublime beauty of the Mount Capanne group (1019 m s.l.m.). The island is one of the main centres of tourism of international fame.
Today it is very simple to reach the island of Elba, several highways (4 courses) permit to reach Piombino in a moment (follow the indication of "Ferry boat to Elba"). From Piombino to Portoferraio there are more then 40 Ferry boat courses a day, 40 minutes, it is advisable to book.

BY TRAIN The station of Campiglia Marittima, on the railway Genova-Roma, connects the harbour of Piombino. Daily ferry boat courses from Portoferraio, Rio Marina and Porto Azzurro. Weekly courses from Livorno to Portoferraio. Rapid hovercraft service between Elba and the mainland.

BY AIRPLANE Marina di Campo is the international touristy airport with a runway of 1185 meters. The airport has flights to and from Pisa, Milan, Bologne, Bergamo, Lugano, Zurich, Munchen. Cabs are available. A bus service connects all the towns on the island and the ferry-boats. All the roads (170 km) are asphalted and 80 km (macadam) panoramic roads.
