The courtyard of Villa Chiodino is well maintained and equipped and the beautiful swimming pool ( 14x4 , 5 m ) was installed in the most beautiful place of the property.

The price does not include: riscaldamento, any tax to pay on the spot varies from town to town ( details provided on site by the owner) .
