Villa Elsa is a fabulous stone farmhouse recently restored; the villa is situated in a peaceful and panoramic position with a beautiful view over the valley of Casole D’Elsa, an ancient medieval and very well-preserved town. The house offers nice interiors furnished in a Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 1 km.

Mezzanine ground floor: large living-room with satellite TV.
2 steps higher: bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
5 steps higher: dining area.
2 steps higher: kitchen with access on to the outside.

 First floor : living-room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, double bedroom with extra single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Access from the outside to another share of the house comprising:
5 steps lower: dining area with satellite TV, double bedroom, bathroom with shower (without window).
4 steps lower: kitchen with access on to an outdoor area providing barbecue.

Villa Elsa is surrounded by a nice and well-kept garden sloping down to the swimming-pool  (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,45 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09); the villa offers also a barbecue . The owners live in front of the villa but do not use the pool or the garden.

The price includes : water, gas, linen with weekly change

The price does not include:  heating (according to consumption )
electricity (according to consumption), final cleaning: € 130.00, possible tourist tax to be paid locally (price depending on each municipality).

On request:  heating (according to consumption ), baby bed and extra bed available (free of charge), by arrangement: wine tasting and visit of surrounding wine cellars, horse-back riding, cooking classes and dinner service to taste excellent local recipes, breakfast service available on request at € 12,- / per person / per day, wood for fireplace € 20,- / per quintal (first supply free of charge).

 

Security deposit:  € 400.00 deposit in cash (to be handed over on arrival)
